Gift Card Redemption: Our digital gift cards will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process. These gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

Purchase and Payment: Customers must provide accurate and complete payment information to acquire a gift card. All transactions are securely processed, and OneDot Services does not store any payment details.

Gift Card Validity: Our cards do not have an expiration date, allowing you the flexibility to redeem them at your convenience.

Refund Policy: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. In case of technical issues or non-delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: OneDot Services is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please handle your gift card with care, as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Fraud Prevention: OneDot Services reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift card orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any fraudulent behavior will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
